The role requires a dynamic sales professional with hands-on experience inB2B software sales ,tender management , andkey account developmentacrossenterprise and institutional customers .Key Responsibilities Drivenew business developmentacross enterprise and institutional accounts. Manage end-to-end sales cycles – from lead generation to proposal to closure. Identify and respond totenders, RFPs, and bidding opportunitieswithin target segments. Promote advancedsimulation / CAE / PLM software solutionsto engineering and R&D clients. Coordinate with technical presales and delivery teams to finalize solutions and pricing. Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates.Required Experience & Skills 7 – 12 years of experience inSimulation Software Sales / CAE Sales / Engineering Software Sales . Strong background inB2B business development ,enterprise or institutional sales , andtender management . Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships. Knowledge of simulation tools likeHexagon, Ansys, Altair, Dassault, or Siemens PLM(preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
