The ideal candidate will drive large enterprise deals, develop integrated technology-led solutions, and build deep CXO-level relationships across industries.You’ll be responsible for end-to-end sales ownership — from opportunity identification and solution design to deal closure — across Infrastructure, Cloud, Applications, Data & AI, Consulting, and Project Services.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute territory growth strategies aligned with client offerings.Identify, shape, and close complex multi-million-dollar opportunities (> $10M TCV).Translate customer business requirements into customized, outcome-driven solutions.Lead solution estimation, pricing, and risk assessment for proposals.Build sustainable CXO relationships and act as a trusted digital transformation advisor.Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Global teams to secure internal approvals and ensure successful deal execution.Represent the organization in client meetings — spending 50–70% time on customer engagements.Required Skills & Experience18–22 years of techno-commercial sales experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Cloud Infrastructure.Proven ability to conceptualize and close enterprise deals > $10M TCV.Strong CXO connects and executive-level influencing skills.Deep understanding of Infrastructure, Public & Private Cloud, Applications, Platforms, Automation, and emerging technologies.Ability to lead multi-disciplinary bid teams and craft differentiated technical and commercial solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Education: B.E / B.
