Develop and strengthen thedistributor, dealer, and retailer networkfor Biolchim’s biostimulant portfolio. Plan and executeterritory-wise business plansincluding crop programs, product demos, and field promotions. Conducton-field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and field daysto drive awareness and sales. Ensureprimary and secondary sales growth , product visibility, and effective stock movement. Providetechnical guidanceto channel partners and farmers for correct product application and timing. BuildROI-based crop success storiesshowcasing Biolchim’s field performance. Monitorproducts, pricing, and market activitiesto support local strategy. Submitweekly reports, sales forecasts, and market insightsto management.Candidate Profile B.Sc./M.Sc. inAgriculture, Agronomy, or Horticulture . 3–8 yearsof experience inbiostimulant or specialty fertilizer sales . Strong territory management and channel development skills. Excellent communication and negotiation ability. Willing totravel extensively within assigned territory in Madhya Pradesh .
