Role Purpose

To grow One Less's revenue by converting customer interest into purchases, opening new retail accounts, and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Sales

  • Respond to website, Instagram, and WhatsApp sales queries.
  • Manage abandoned carts (personalized follow-ups, offers).
  • Support customer journey from browsing → buying → repeat purchase.

Wholesale & Partnerships (B2B)

  • Identify and pitch One Less to multi-brand stores, boutiques, and gifting platforms.
  • Manage onboarding of new stockists (pricing sheets, lookbooks, samples).
  • Maintain strong relations with partners to secure re-orders.

Sales Strategy & Reporting

  • Track sales performance across products and collections.
  • Report weekly on sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor benchmarks.
  • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales pushes.

Community & Events

  • Represent One Less at pop-ups, exhibitions, and PR activations.
  • Actively collect leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Skills & Qualities

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with numbers (sales targets, reporting).
  • Social, approachable, and customer-first mindset.
  • Organized and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Experience in fashion / lifestyle retail is a bonus.

KPI / Success Metrics

  • Monthly revenue targets achieved (D2C + B2B).
  • Number of new stockists / partnerships onboarded.
  • Conversion rate improvement (from inquiries to orders).
  • Customer retention & repeat purchases.
