Partnerships Associate Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to establish and maintain strong relationships with domestic partners, including state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands. This role demands prior experience in client relationship management, partnerships, and business development, accompanied by exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Frequent travel across India and the ability to work independently in remote settings are essential for this role.

This position requires building and managing relationships with domestic partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. The ideal candidate will conduct partner meetings, present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements aligned with strategic goals.

Sales and partnership targets must be met, and opportunities for revenue growth identified.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with domestic partners.
  • Ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies.
  • Representing the company in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows.

About the Role

We seek an individual with 4–5 years of proven experience in partnerships, client relations, or business development. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated track record of meeting sales/partnership targets.

The successful candidate will have strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, be open to extensive travel across India, and flexible to work remotely when stationed at partner locations.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Secure partnerships and proposals from at least 2–3 key state tourism boards.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with annual targets.
  • Establish strong client relationships and a regular meeting schedule with domestic partners.
