Role Description:

The focus of a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is to integrate business strategy with people management practices for the unit. HRBP is responsible for focusing on a wide range of employee centric projects to support business strategy.

Key Responsibility :

  • Build a strong connect with associates and leadership to enhance employee lifecycle management. Focus on providing quick and accurate solutions to queries or concerns raised by associates.
  • Facilitate Leadership Connects and cascade sessions to provide associates an opportunity to constantly stay abreast of the changing business, strategy and technology.
  • Identify and work on specific projects in line with the business strategy.
  • Plan and execute initiatives for associate wellbeing.
  • Support lifelong learning of associates by giving necessary support to Talent Development activities.
  • Help ensure world class integration experience for all new joiners.
  • Focus on associate retention by actively identifying causes of attrition and possibilities of retention of individua associates.
  • Help leadership in decision making by providing timely, accurate and meaningful data, reports, analysis, and forecasts along with inferences and recommendations on approaches to be taken ahead basis trends identified.
  • Create awareness among associates for any new or modified policies, processes and systems.
  • Drive appraisal and talent management initiative for the accounts.
  • Drive and participate in audits and prepare reports.
  • Drive appropriate change management practices whenever it is required

Minimum Qualification:

  • Full Time MBA in HR
  • 15 years of full-time education.
