Sales Manager

We are looking Sales Manager for our Machine Building Division(MBD). Person should have knowledge of Hydraulic & mechanical Presses.
Role & responsibilities
- Techno commercial Proposal Submission as per customer requirement.
- Enquiry generation, Product Presentation and Technical & Commercial discussions with customer..
- Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
- Preparation of reports & Meeting regular sales targets & record and maintenance of client contact data.
- Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, exhibition and seminars, etc.
Preferred candidate profile
- 8-20 years experience in sales of capital equipment/Industrial machinery/Metal Forming / Metal Cutting machines
- Experience and familiarity of products and line of business such as Mechanical & Hydraulic Presses, Machine Tools, Special Purpose Machines. Contacts with users in Automotive Industry.
Qualifications & skills prerequisite:
- Able to understand & respond to functional and technical elements of customer requirement.
- Able to establish and maintain strong long term relationships with customers.
- Knowledge of Commercial aspects in industrial Sales/Capital Equipment.
- Open to learning while working & improving the competencies regularly for overall organizational+ personal growth.
- Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports.
- Travel throughout sales territory for enquiry generation.
- Proposal preparation, Tender participation, well versed with MS Office, Excel & Power point.
- Degree(Mechanical)-throughout should be minimum 60%
