We are seeking a highly motivated andexperienced Sales Manager to join our team. In thisrole you will beresponsible for showcasing the unique features and capabilities ofRChilli products to prospective clients through engaging andpersuasive demonstrations. You will play a critical role in closingsales deals by effectively communicating the value proposition ofour solutions and addressing the specific needs and requirements ofpotential clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven trackrecord in B2B sales exceptional presentation skills and a quickunderstanding of our products and their benefits. You will workclosely with the Sales and Marketing team to develop andexecutesales strategies to increase revenue and marketshare.

Qualification:

  • Bachelorsor Masters in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • Proven track record ofsuccess in B2B sales with at least 3 years of experience in a salesrole specializing in product demonstrations preferably in the SaaSor ITindustry.


Responsibilities:

  • Conductproduct demonstrations and presentations to prospective clientsshowcasing our solutions features functionality andbenefits.

  • Demonstratedability to meet or exceed sales targetsconsistently.

  • Proven trackrecord of successfully closing sales ranging from $200K to $500K ona yearly basis.

  • Engage withprospects to understand their use case business challenges goalsand requirements and tailor product demonstrations to address theirspecific needs.

  • Articulatethe value proposition of our products and demonstrate how they cansolve the clients pain points and drive businessoutcomes.

  • Collaborate withthe sales team to qualify leads schedule product demonstrations andfollow up with prospects to advance the salesprocess.

  • Build and maintainstrong relationships with key stakeholders including decisionmakersinfluencers and users to facilitate the salesprocess.

  • Stay updated onproduct developments enhancements and industry trends to ensureaccurate and uptodate productknowledge.

  • Provide feedbackto the product development team based on client interactions andmarket insights to drive product improvements andenhancements.

  • Track andreport on product demonstration activities sales pipeline andperformance metrics to seniormanagement.

  • Develop andimplement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share bymarket research and relationship building to create targetedcampaigns and driveresults.

  • Identify newbusiness opportunities and potential clients through prospectingnetworking and marketresearch.

  • Capability toshowcase datamaking dashboards and Excelreports.

  • Stay updated onindustry developments best practices competitors activities andemerging technologies to remain at the forefront of the market andimprove salesstrategies.

TechnicalBackground:

  • Musthave handson experience on CRM tools like Hubspot Zoho Salesforceetc.

  • Experience in B2B salesinSaaS.

  • Comfortable towork in EST (US) timezone.
