- Sales Manager / City Head Consumer Durable Loans.

- Mumbai.

Role Brief:

- City Head Sales / Senior


- Manager Sales will own the Sales PNL for Maharashtra for Consumer Durable, Lifestyle, Health Care and other category products offline and online.

- Will drive revenue and margin growth, enhance productivity and lead the sales strategy, vision and growth.

- This role will report to National Sales Manager.

Skills and Prior Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or MBA/BTech with 5 to 10 years' experience handling teams at State/National /Zonal levels in Consumer Durables EMI sales.

- Strong domain knowledge and proven sales experience at a leadership level.

- Must have worked in banking/NBFCs/fintech/FMCG/Logistics/SCM companies with major experience into consumer durable lending business.

- Must work effectively with Senior-level executives and top management.

- Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.

- Broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning and sales, business and market development, market research and planning and promotions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving sales targets.

- Serves as National Head Sales providing sales strategic and sales vision.

- Specific responsibilities include business and market development market research and planning, strategic direction for sales enhancement, promotion, coordination with cross functional teams, hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of sales staff.

- Develop the annual sales plan and the strategies, tactics, and necessary resource planning vital to achieve departmental and business goals.

- Provides leadership, direction and management of the market acquisition.

- Oversees and provides direction to market and competitor analysis.

- Ensures all marketing communications are coordinated well, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.

- Provides sales & marketing skills and expertise to the Company by building, developing and managing a sales team capable of carrying out the necessary marketing strategies and tactics.

- Participates fully in professional societies, events and activities related to the sector.
