Experience:              10 to 15 years’ experience in B2B Partnerships / Enterprise Sales & Partnerships.

Travel Required:    Extensive / as and when required.


Role Brief:

ShopSe is establishing itself as industry leader in digital financing/ cardless EMI solutions. This role will be responsible for hunting and onboarding partners on ShopSe platform largely focusing on onboarding of bigger brands/partners. Will make strategy and growth in the enterprise segment and grow the revenue. The responsibilities will include but not limited to acquiring, scaling, partner relations, process optimization, resource allocation, cross functional collaboration, performance monitoring, strategic planning and execution.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for growing platform partnerships through large brand/partners acquisitions.
  • Ensure partner onboarding, satisfaction, success and scale to achieve business growth as per AOP.
  • Pitch and make successful deals, finalize commercials and ensure partners are live on the ShopSe Platform as per the agreed timelines.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partner behaviour & needs and achieve excellent partner satisfaction.
  • Identify and analyse key metrics to evaluate and validate platform growth and partner satisfaction initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, tech etc.) pre and post onboarding, launch and service stages.
  • Review product features, loopholes on a regular basis to ensure meeting delivery of an excellent product market fit.
  • Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives.
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth. Ensure to be PNL positive and profitability with the onboarded partners.
  • Hire, develop, motivate and build the best team.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.


Skills and Prior Experience

  • Prior experience of B2B large/enterprise partnerships
  • Proven track record of growth and sustainability in a specific industry such as tech/service/ecommerce/product/financial services/fintech.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Solid grasp on data analysis and performance metrics. Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
  • Aggressive, go getter, customer focused, problem solver.
