Key Purpose of the Role:

- To develop, manage, and expand strategic partnerships and alliances into new channels, D2C and non-traditional channels like B2B, Institutions, HoreCa, Travel/OOH) to drive growth and enhance the distribution ecosystem across categories.


- This role is responsible for implementing commercial and strategic relationships and driving activations across the portfolio with a focus on new channel expansion and innovative collaboration opportunities.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Accelerate Business Growth: Drive and accelerate new business growth by supporting category teams in leveraging partnerships for product development, distribution, and market activation into new markets and customer segments

- Partnership Opportunities: Identify and assess potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.

- Distribution Channels: Drive the expansion and scaling of new distribution channels such as hospitals, B2B, institutions, and digital platforms

- Negotiations and Agreements: Lead negotiations and manage collaboration agreements with external partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful implementation.

- Sales commercialization: Ensure execution of supply capabilities at the right time and quality through existing supply partners in related NPIs/innovations

- Activations and Promotions: Develop and implement activations & promotional activities with partners to enhance brand visibility and drive mutual success and increase market penetration

- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing and supply chain teams to align partnership initiatives with broader the goals.

Work Experience: Minimum 15 years in business development and forging strategic alliances. Demonstrated ability of negotiation, networking in leadership roles in Industry. In similarly reputed, matrixed and multinational organizations.
