Key Purpose of the Role:

- The Program Management role will ensure execution of project plans on time and within budget in collaboration with the category teams and central acceleration teams, with a particular focus on adhering to the Plan . The role involves publishing progress dashboards for stakeholders, coordinating with internal and external teams, and proactively addressing any bottlenecks to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Planning: Collaborate on the existing Plan to define and implement 100, 200, and 300-day milestones and targets, ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals.

- Project Execution: Ensure that all project plans are implemented according to deadlines and budgetary constraints, with strict adherence to the Plan.

- Progress Monitoring: Develop and publish progress dashboards to keep relevant stakeholders informed about the status of ongoing projects, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.

- Bottleneck Resolution: Identify and address any obstacles or bottlenecks that may impede project progress, coordinating resources and efforts to overcome challenges.

- Risk Management: Continuously monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure that projects stay on track.

- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Work Experience:

- Minimum 15 years in Strategy, category & growth , leadership roles in Consumer Industry, with working experience of complex programme management. In similarly complex environment and reputed, matrixed and multinational organizations.
