We are looking for a highly experienced and result-orientedTerritory Sales Manager (Closing)to lead and driveDubai real estate saleswhile beingbased in Mumbai .The ideal candidate must have astrong track record in Dubai property sales, client handling, and deal closures , along with the ability to manage high-value transactions remotely. This role is perfect for professionals who havesignificant Dubai real estate experience (8–10 years)and now wish tocontinue working for the Dubai market from Mumbai .Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (Closing) – Dubai Market (Based in Mumbai) Location:Mumbai, India Industry:Real Estate – Dubai Market (Sales & Closings) Salary:Based on experience + Attractive IncentivesKey Responsibilities: Oversee theentire closing processfor Dubai real estate projects — from client inquiry to final agreement. Build and maintain strong relationships withclients, developers, and channel partnersin the Dubai market. Manage and convert qualified leads generated by the telecalling and marketing teams. Provide expert consultation to clients on property investments, project details, and market trends. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and closing targets. Ensure all documentation and client communications are completed accurately and professionally. Keep up to date withDubai property trends, off-plan launches, and RERA regulations. Coordinate with the sales leadership team for reporting, planning, and performance tracking.Requirements: 8–10 years of experiencein real estate sales and deal closing. Experience in the Dubai real estate market is mandatory. Currentlybased in Mumbai , handling Dubai sales remotely. Proven expertise in closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Familiar withDubai property portals(Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.). Excellent leadership, presentation, and market awareness skills.
