With the next big leap in this space, we are looking to strengthen our Partnerships & Alliances Team by bringing in exceptional talent, who will further help Zaggle play a critical role in extending market reach, accessing new customer segments, and driving revenue through alliances.

Their success will be defined on the ability to identify partnership opportunities and negotiate win-win agreements supports mutual success and collaboration.

With their partnership management skills, businesses can form strong alliances, expand their product offerings, and leverage each other's strengths to achieve shared business objectives.

Their work supports diversification, market competitiveness, and overall business sustainability through strategic collaboration and partnerships identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that will enhance the company's market position and drive revenue / growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business development, market trends, and the ability to forge strong relationships with key partners.

The individual will work closely with senior leadership to align partnership strategies with the company's overall business objectives.

Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic partnerships and alliances strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.

- Identify and evaluate potential partners, alliances, and joint ventures that align with the company's business goals.

Partnership Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment of goals and mutual value creation.

- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring favourable terms and alignment with business objectives.

- Manage ongoing relationships with partners, addressing any issues and maximizing the value of the partnership.

Market Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.

- Analyse competitive landscape and assess potential partnerships that could provide a competitive advantage.

Cross-functional Collaboration:


- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives.

- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure partnerships are structured correctly and are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of partnerships and alliances.

- Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of partnerships, including performance and ROI analysis.

Must Have's:

- Circa 8 years of experience into Business Development, Partnerships, Strategic Sales and Account Management role.

- Successful track record of sourcing, executing, and nurturing strategic partnerships.

- Experience of handling large accounts/ Strategic Accounts.

- Possess exceptional people management skills Qualification.

- MBA from a Tier 1 Institute.

- Reporting Matrix.

- Senior Vice President & Head - Partnerships & Alliances.
