We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager University Solutions to lead and expand our university business in the Coimbatore region. This high-impact, entrepreneurial role will focus on establishing deep relationships with academic institutions and driving strategic growth in the higher education Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Own the full sales cycle for the university vertical in your assigned region.

- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to build institutional partnerships.

- Engage in high-level consultative discussions with Deans, Directors, and key academic Growth:- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through outbound efforts, networking, and referrals.

- Ensure predictable, scalable revenue growth with clear forecasting and Collaboration:- Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize client value.

- Gather feedback and insights to shape product enhancements and long-term Leadership & Representation:- Represent iamneo at educational conferences, events, and ecosystem forums.

- Position yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to institutions embarking on digital transformation Candidate Profile:Experience: Minimum of 8 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or the Higher Education sector.

Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of academic sales cycles, curriculum alignment, and institutional decision-making.

Sales Expertise: Proven success in consultative selling and managing long, complex sales cycles.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Ethic: A self-driven, strategic thinker who thrives in a high-autonomy, growth-driven environment.
