Manager - Business Development - IT Staffing Firm - International Market

About the Role:
- As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on driving business growth in the US IT Staffing domain.
- This role involves managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Your role will also require close collaboration with internal teams to deliver client solutions while maintaining a keen eye on industry trends and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
New Business Development:
- Identify potential clients, lead sales efforts to generate new business opportunities, and expand the company's footprint in the US IT Staffing market.
Sales and Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations with clients to close staffing deals, including contracts, pricing, and service terms.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets.
- Track progress and adapt strategies as necessary.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with recruitment, operations, and account management teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to create reports for senior management.
- Ensure transparency and data-driven decision-making.
Industry Networking:
- Attend industry events and networking activities to build connections within the IT staffing industry, both locally and internationally.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure that all client contracts and documentation are compliant with company policies and legal regulations, particularly for the US market.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development in the US IT Staffing sector.
- Strong background in strategic planning and client relationship management.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with US staffing industry regulations and compliance.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using CRM tools and reporting software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar BDM role focused on the US IT market.
- Strong network within the US IT Staffing industry.
