Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at AUGUS IT SOLUTIONS.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and establishing our company as a trusted partner in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a proactive business development strategy to drive new sales and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their IT needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with our recruitment team to deliver high-quality candidates and exceed client expectations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence to inform business development strategies
- Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in IT staffing and recruitment
- 5-10+ years of experience in IT staffing business development in the US market, preferably with Fortune 1000 companies
- Strong understanding of IT terminology and culture, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to clients
- Proven track record of new business development and account management, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
