Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will be a driven professional with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, particularly with a focus on promoting Goa as a premier destination. This role requires extensive travel, with a major part of the work being on-field, across the specified locations: Mumbai Or Delhi


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at promoting Goa as a destination, with a strong focus on markets such as Mumbai OR Delhi.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging industry knowledge to provide tailored solutions.
  • Revenue Goals: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and budget expectations, while driving revenue growth.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands to refine and adapt sales approaches.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion: Utilize exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure business.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Analyze sales data, guest satisfaction metrics, and revenue performance to drive decision-making and optimize processes.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals and deliver results.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in the hospitality sector
  • Strong knowledge of markets, particularly Mumbai OR Delhi, and connections within the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a good command of the English language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to analyze processes, maximize revenue, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work on the field.
