Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team within the IT Project sector. The focus will be on Data Analytics and AI, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and Digital Transformation projects. The role involves driving business growth and forging strong client relationships, as well as developing strategic sales plans and managing a team of sales professionals to ensure the successful achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically designed for IT projects, including Data Analytics and AI, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and Digital Transformation projects.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to reach and exceed sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the IT.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships within the realm of cutting-edge technology
- Analyse market trends and competitors in the IT industry to adapt strategies specifically
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful IT project delivery
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management
- Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Conduct effective pitching and negotiation efforts to secure new clients and expand business within the IT project space.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new projects and clients, ensuring smooth integration and alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the IT industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
