G. Experience: At least 6 months of relevant sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry (Bancassurance experience is highly preferred).

H. CTC: Rs. 3.00 LPA to 6.25 LPA on case to case basis plus performance based Incentives.

- To drive business through Channel Partners, branch staff, and the distribution network, ensuring that sales and service goals are met and the bancassurance business grows efficiently.

1. Monthly MWPI Target Achievements: Achieve 100% of the Monthly MWPI (Monthly Work Performance Indicator) target for issuance.2. Branch Activation Rate: Achieve a branch activation rate of >60% every quarter.3. Persistency Rate: Ensure 13th-month persistency is above 80% for policy renewals and customer retention.4. NOP Target Achievement: Meet or exceed the NOP (New Business Opportunity) targets as set by the management.
