 We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels, focusing on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and exploring new opportunities in quick commerce apps. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing e-commerce operations, from product listing to order fulfillment, and a proven track record in driving sales and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Ensure competitive positioning of products through pricing strategies, promotions, and enhanced visibility.
  • Identify and onboard new e-commerce platforms, including quick commerce apps, to expand product reach and drive sales.

 

Sales Growth & Performance:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that drive traffic and conversion.

 

Operations & Fulfillment:

  • Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and dispatch.
  • Ensure efficient logistics and timely delivery to maintain high service levels.
  • Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline operations and reduce order cycle times.

 

Customer Satisfaction & Ratings:

  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews on e-commerce platforms to maintain high ratings.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer experience, address complaints promptly, and ensure positive interactions.
  • Develop processes to handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries efficiently.

 

Platform Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Stay updated on platform policies, tools, and best practices to ensure compliance and leverage available resources.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing sales on Amazon, Flipkart, and other major e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with platform representatives and customers.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with quick commerce platforms and apps is a plus.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools and software for inventory and sales management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
