_**Overview**:_

As a Business Consultant Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You'll leverage your sales expertise to promote our consultancy services, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance their business operations.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Prospecting and Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach, networking, and referrals to expand our client base.

2. Needs Assessment and Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough consultations to understand client challenges and objectives. Recommend consultancy services that align with their specific needs and goals.

3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Continuously engage to understand evolving needs and offer solutions accordingly.

4. Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management: Develop and execute effective sales strategies. Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and meet or exceed sales targets.

5. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with the sales team and consultancy experts to craft compelling proposals.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and market feedback.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the business consultancy or related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to comprehend complex business challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Strategic thinking, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Bachelor's degree in B Com / Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

The Business Consultant Sales Executive role demands a proactive, results-driven individual capable of understanding client needs and effectively promoting consultancy services. This position requires a keen understanding of sales methodologies, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to foster strong client relationships to drive business growth.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
