Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships. This role involves prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting, working closely with the sales leadership team to develop new leads, and managing communications with both internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a proactive approach to sales, a strong ability to understand business and technical drivers, and the capability to work effectively in both team settings and independently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads through , website navigation, and other relevant sources.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to set appointments and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to create and execute strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Participate in new business pitches alongside the sales team, ensuring effective follow-through with lead prospects.
  • Provide consistent, concise, and accurate internal and external communications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects through clear and professional communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share best practices.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, managing time and resources efficiently to meet targets.
  • Understand the business and technical drivers behind IT service acquisitions and effectively translate these into contractual language.
  • Develop strategies based on market trends and global market experience.


Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with and website navigation for lead generation.
  • Proven experience working in a target-driven environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in dealing with global markets, and understanding international business dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to comprehend business and technical drivers related to IT services and translate these into contractual terms.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree 2+ years in sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in business development or sales within the IT services industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
