Location: Mumbai (Bombay House, Kala Ghoda, Fort)

Work Week: 6 Days (Flexibility required; role is likely six days a week)

About the Role

We are seeking a Program Manager – B2B Sales Strategy & PMO to work closely with the CEO's Office and senior leadership. This role is designed for professionals with hands-on B2B Sales experience who are now looking to move into a strategic, high-impact role.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have prior B2B Sales experience (customer-facing / sales-driven business environment). Applications without this will not be considered.

This is not a quota-carrying sales job. Instead, it's a strategic program management position where you will oversee B2B sales initiatives, track customer engagements, and translate business outcomes into executive-ready reports and insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with B2B sales leaders to govern and track customer programs across business units.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations for customer meetings, leadership sessions, and board reviews.
  • Consolidate and analyze customer engagement data to present a unified business view to leadership.
  • Prepare weekly and quarterly business review reports for the CEO's Office.
  • Drive program governance and follow-ups on key B2B initiatives.
  • Support senior leadership in data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA preferred (Engineering/Technical background a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, along with exposure to program management, sales operations, consulting, or corporate strategy.
  • Strong command of PowerPoint (executive storytelling) and Excel (data analysis & reporting).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-visibility projects.
