Manager - Admin and Facility Management

Job Purpose
The job includes assisting in delivery of Administration functions in a cost effective & timely manner for the Group and its subsidiary entities. This candidate will help in taking care of whole gamut of administrative areas ranging from admin policy compliance to travel, housekeeping, ISO audit, vendor management, contract administration, office inventory management, security, safety of assets and adherence to applicable legal requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review House-keeping services for a Clean and Hygienic work environment.
- Responsible for Pantry Management, Daily Menu and Crockery inventory management.
- Corporate Tie up with Air Ticket Vendors (Domestic & International), Hotels and Car Hire (Domestic)
- Coordination with security vendors, Security and Surveillance for a Safe and Secure office space, Trained Security personnel and fully functional security equipment’s
- Management of Corporate Telephone connections (Vodafone, Tata Indicom, WebEx & Matrix).
- Liaoning with government authorities like BMC, BSES, MTNL, Labour Compliance, Licenses department etc for a smooth and seamless compliance with required statutory and legal requirements.
- Ensure proper financial governance in payment procedures, accounting procedures, and agreed budgets for departmental spends.
- Manage key suppliers and develop long-term vendor relationships, collaborative agreements, and contract negotiations.
- Initiate vendor development and identification programs for various services.
- Accurate Record keeping of payments and challans for all service providers made and received & adherence to cycles.
- Maintain suitable records of all transactions and generate suitable MIS and statements for decision making and records.
- Competitive Quotations and rate negotiations.
- Co-ordination & Management of Conferences, Party, Offsite and extend support to other Functions for the Promoters.
