**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in an administrative role, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
