Role:

Manager Admin and Facility Management

Experience: 3 to 4 years (Real Estate Industry only preferred)

Reporting: Head Admin and Facility Management

Location: Mumbai HO (Khar West)

Salary Range: 6L- 7L


Job Description

  • Facility maintenance: Ensure that buildings are well-maintained and meet health and safety standards and legal requirements.
  • Regulatory compliance: Ensure that the facility complies with environmental, health, and security regulations.
  • Space management: Manage the control, supervision, and management of a business's real estate portfolio.
  • Health and safety: Ensure that the facility is safe and secure by implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring that safety equipment works properly.
  • Renovations and refurbishments: Oversee renovations and refurbishments.
  • Multitasking: Juggle many tasks at once, including a lot of administrative work.
  • Organizational skills: Be highly organized to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • People skills: Have excellent people skills.
  • Office systems and equipment: Be good with office systems and equipment.
