Regional Sales Head - North

- A well known MNC FMCG company wishes to recruit the Regional Sales Manager for North.

- The incumbent would be leading complete sales and distribution responsibility

Specific responsibilities include :

- Heading sales operations and customer management for the region.

- Sales and Distribution Management: Distribution Strategies, Customer management.

- Leading a large cross functional team

Candidate profile :

- Seasoned sales professionals from FMCG space handling large distribution oriented business.

- Must be adept at sales and distribution planning, trade marketing, GTM.

- The incumbent should have 10-12 years of post qualification experience with substantial experience in a leadership role.

- Must have led multiple zones/area in sales and customer management.

- Prior experience in General Trade in FMCG as an ZSM/ASM is a Must.
