Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Sales & Operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales function, driving revenue growth, and overseeing operational efficiency to ensure seamless business operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Build and lead a highperforming sales team to achieve aggressive sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase revenue.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including top OEM brands in the industry.
  • Demonstrate exceptional upselling and crossselling abilities to drive business growth.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daytoday operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage a worldclass manufacturing facility with a focus on quality and productivity.
  • Implement strategic sourcing processes to optimize costs and improve margins.
  • Streamline ordertodelivery cycle to enhance inventory management and cash flow.

Client Consultation and Solution Selling:

  • Provide solution selling and consultation to key clients, contributing to the development of their products and gotomarket strategies.
  • Collaborate with supply chain partners in China and India to address specific client needs and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Engage in extensive research to identify market trends and opportunities for product innovation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing manufacturing operations and optimizing supply chain processes is a plus.
