Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Leader to spearhead our sales efforts in North India.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for devising and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive new customer acquisition, manage a high-performing sales team, and meet revenue targets in alignment with the company's growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in North India.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the BFSI and enterprise sectors, leveraging existing networks and proactive outreach.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Clevel executives and decisionmakers, to understand their business needs and effectively position our software solutions.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to optimize their performance and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to drive coordinated efforts in delivering value to customers and prospects.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and foster business growth.

Qualifications:

  • MBA from a reputable institution.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in selling software/solutions to the BFSI and enterprise sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the North India market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive new customer acquisition and achieve revenue targets in a fastpaced, competitive environment.
