Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in North India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving revenue targets in alignment with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in North India.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI and enterprise sectors, leveraging existing networks and generating leads through proactive outreach.- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, to understand their business needs and position our software solutions effectively.- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and ensure alignment with sales objectives.- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to drive coordinated efforts in delivering value to customers and prospects.- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to the India Sales Head to support decision-making and strategic planning.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks effectively.- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and expand business opportunities.

Qualifications:

- MBA from a reputable institution.- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in selling software/solutions to the BFSI and enterprise sectors.- Strong understanding of the North India market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape.- Demonstrated ability to drive new customer acquisition and achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional results.- Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and a customer-centric approach to sales.- Willingness to travel extensively within North India and occasionally nationally as required.
