You will be working as Sales Specialist - Service Agreements with grade 15 reporting to Marketing & Sales Manager and will be part of Motion Business for Service division, based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be responsible for supporting business, collaborating with different teams, and contributing to the company's strategic objectives. Gaining knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager or corresponding leader to support ABB's operations. Participating in the local Trainee Program.

Your responsibilities
  • Implementing and executing the regional strategic growth initiatives in the allocated countries in the region
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy for service agreements and digital in line with division objectives
  • Managing the service offering portfolio and ensure the profitability of the service products with a focus on care agreement offerings including "Smartly Enabled Services"
  • Strategizing, prioritizing, and implementing sales initiatives and activities at the cluster level to meet and exceed agreed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the care agreements
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the diverse market segments in the region
  • Preparing and presenting detailed forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to the regional management team
  • Serving as the primary point of contact and expert resource for any inquiries or concerns related to service agreement sales
  • Collecting market insights and listen to customer's voice to identifying customer needs, defining new value propositions to differentiate from competitors and creating and providing regular trainings of the regional sales force on new offerings
Your background
  • Degree in BTech/BE or Diploma in Electrical Engg / Electronics/ Instrumentation
  • Minimum 5 to 10 yrs of experience sales agreements
  • Building professional and trustful long-term relationships with the regional customer base, such as end users, channel partners and OEMs
  • Interact and align closely with our global service sales organization, support cluster sales in the network.
  • Engage in and lead strategic sales and marketing activities for service offerings, contributing to business development and market intelligence
  • Good communication and management skills
