Sector Leader – BFSI (Enterprise Sales) | Mumbai

A fast-growing SaaS company in the sales-tech space is hiring a Cluster Head / Sector Leader – BFSI to drive growth across private banks, small finance banks, and co-operative banks in India.
If you excel in consultative enterprise selling, influencing senior leaders, and navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles, this role gives you end-to-end ownership of a high-potential vertical.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new revenue from BFSI accounts
- Lead consultative sales discussions with Sales/Distribution Heads & digital leaders
- Own account planning, prospecting, solutioning & closures
- Build a strong pipeline through networks & account-based selling
- Identify upsell & expansion opportunities
Who Should Apply
- 8–10 years of enterprise B2B sales (SaaS / CRM / LMS / tech-enabled solutions)
- Strong connections in private banks / SFBs / co-operative banks
- Deep understanding of banking sales processes & decision-making hierarchies
- Proven ability to close high-value enterprise deals
