We’re Hiring: Growth Manager at Barcode Entertainment
At Barcode Entertainment, we help brands build meaningful connections through influencer marketing. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive partnerships, revenue, and long-term client success.
What you’ll do
- Lead generation through existing relationships & cold outreach
- Prospect and secure new direct brand partnerships while managing existing accounts.
- Drive monthly revenue growth through acquisitions, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential and repeat clients.
- Identify opportunities for deeper engagement and expansion into new categories or geographies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Track and optimize campaign ROI to strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Strong understanding of AI tech adds a lot of Value
What we’re looking for
- Strong background in business development, client servicing, or growth roles.
- Proven ability to build and grow revenue through partnerships.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and ROI.
- Experience in marketing, media, or influencer ecosystem is a plus.
