We’re Hiring: Growth Manager at Barcode Entertainment


At Barcode Entertainment, we help brands build meaningful connections through influencer marketing. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive partnerships, revenue, and long-term client success.


What you’ll do

  • Lead generation through existing relationships & cold outreach
  • Prospect and secure new direct brand partnerships while managing existing accounts.
  • Drive monthly revenue growth through acquisitions, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential and repeat clients.
  • Identify opportunities for deeper engagement and expansion into new categories or geographies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure flawless campaign execution.
  • Track and optimize campaign ROI to strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of AI tech adds a lot of Value


What we’re looking for

  • Strong background in business development, client servicing, or growth roles.
  • Proven ability to build and grow revenue through partnerships.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and ROI.
  • Experience in marketing, media, or influencer ecosystem is a plus.
