Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, liaising with the production team for order fulfillment, and coordinating with the marketing team for promotional activities. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management and Sales Strategy DevelopmentStrong client relationship management skillsExperience in market research and sales forecastingExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to lead and motivate a sales teamProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in the play equipment or related industry is a plus
