Job Summary

We are hiring motivated Senior and Junior Sales Managers to drive real estate sales in the Thane–Ghatkopar corridor. Candidates must have strong local market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven sales record. Senior Managers will lead teams; Junior Managers will focus on client conversions.


Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-ins, digital leads, and site visits

Close residential/commercial property deals

Build client and channel partner relationships

Maintain CRM and sales reports

Meet monthly sales targets


Skills Required

Real estate sales experience in Mumbai (Thane–Ghatkopar preferred)

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Good negotiation & presentation skills
