ROLE SUMMARYA challenging position for a high performing individual contributor to help Datamatics meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth target.The candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to stakeholdersKEY REPONSIBILITIESIn-depth knowledge of Datamatics IT/software business offerings and value propositionUse an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business (Building a 'territory‘) and acquire new customers for Datamatics offerings i.e. AI, Data, Cloud, enterprise platforms, CRM, & Automation.In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor landscape of North America.Understand the customer’s buying cycleHunt for new logos / clients – majorly the MHA (Must Have Accounts)Achieve and regularly meet individual sales revenue target.Contribute to the overall sales growth strategies and plansDrive the entire sales cycle from initial prospect engagement to closure (Networking, presentation, negotiation, persistent follow-ups)Identify and map business strengths and customer’s diverse needsAnticipate possible escalations and keep the Sales posted for timely interventionRespond to bid documents, legal clauses, reviewing RFPs and supporting documentsDESIRED COMPETENCIESExperience: Minimum 8 years of technology/IT/software sales experienceMinimum 3 years of experience selling AI, Data, Cloud, enterprise platforms, CRM, & Automation in the North American region.Education: Any Graduate / Post GraduateCompetenciesTechnical / Functional:Sales ability / PersuasivenessBusiness and Industry AnalysisDevelopment of Leads to SalesSales ClosingBehavioral:Building RelationshipWork Timings: Flexible working hours based on business needs and collaboration with global teams (North America time zones).
