About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to kickstart their career in client engagement, and business strategy. As a Business Development Executive, you’ll learn how to identify, connect with potential clients, and help expand our market presence.
As a BDE, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients
- Schedule meetings and follow up on leads
- Support the team with client research and proposal preparation
- Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools (training will be provided)
