ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring Business Development Executives to drive sales and client growth.
This is a field sales role – you will visit restaurants, cafes, bars, caterers, and cloud kitchens, meet owners, chefs, and managers, and ensure our products become staples in the F&B industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cold call and identify potential clients across Hyderabad
- Sales Execution: Pitch and sell food & beverage products to restaurants, cafes, bars, caterers, and cloud kitchens
- Field Meetings: Travel regularly to meet owners, chefs, and managers, present products, and close deals
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
REQUIREMENTS
- 0–3 years of experience in sales (freshers welcome with the right attitude, good business understanding)
- Graduate/Postgraduate (BBA, MBA, Marketing, or Mass Communication preferred)
- Fluent in Telugu (English/Hindi is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Two-wheeler with a valid license (mandatory – field role)
- Energetic, self-driven, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment
