Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking energetic and results-driven Business Development Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and a passion for client acquisition and relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and aligning their needs with our digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and digital channels.
  • Client Acquisition & Conversion: Conduct client meetings and presentations to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Needs Analysis: Understand client marketing goals and recommend suitable digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, etc.).
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with digital marketing and creative teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project delivery.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversion data using CRM and internal tracking tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience — ₹25,000–₹30,000/month (1–2 openings)
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience — ₹20,000–₹25,000/month
  • Internship/Fresher (with strong communication skills) — ₹15,000–₹20,000/month
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field/client meetings.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
  • Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company.
