Sleep Therapeutics is an advanced centre for Sleep Medicine located in Jubilee Hills and Kukatpally in Hyderabad. We provide integrated and holistic solutions to sleep disorders.


Role Description : Full time job

Build a pipeline of target partners: IT firms, industries, educational institutions,

fitness/health centres, multispeciality hospitals, corporate clinics, insurance partners,

and NGOs.

 Research and prioritise target institutions in Hyderabad and other cities or districts

 Initiate contact, present collaboration proposals, negotiate MOUs, and close

partnerships.

 Manage and grow relationships — ensure partner satisfaction, renewals and upsell

opportunities.

 Monitor and coordinate all company marketing (offline & digital). Liaise with the

digital marketing agency: briefs, KPIs, performance reviews.

 Design & run telemedicine center pilot(s) in collaboration with multispeciality

hospitals: co-develop SOPs, revenue share / referral models, clinical integration,

staffing, training and monitoring.

 Track KPIs and produce weekly/monthly business reports and forecasts for

leadership.

 Coordinate with operations, clinical, billing, and IT to ensure smooth partner

integration.

 Represent company at conferences, HR/health events, and corporate health drives to

generate leads in the absence of the director.

 Train and mentor BD executives or marketing executives; scale the BD function for

multi-centre expansion


Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Market Research, and creating Business Strategies
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is mandatory
  • Experience in health care and corporate marketing is a plus
