Job Description: Executive Sponsorship Sales (Event in Dubai)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Executive – Sponsorship Sales professional to drive the success of our upcoming high-profile event in Dubai. The role focuses on identifying, securing, and managing sponsorship business opportunities while also supporting ticket sales. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong client relationships, generating leads, and bringing sponsors on board to maximize event revenue and visibility.


Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive based in Hyderabad to generate leads and drive sponsorship sales for our event targeting the GCC, UAE, and Dubai markets. This role focuses on revenue generation and consistently achieving sales targets, with a primary focus on clients from the pharmaceutical industry and UAE hospitals.


  • Identify and engage potential sponsors, partners, and high-value buyers in the pharma and healthcare sectors.
  • Conduct cold calling and outreach to GCC, UAE, and Dubai clients to promote and explain the value of our event.
  • Candidate must have a experience with Any Industry but UAE Calling experience is must
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective sponsors by understanding their business objectives and aligning them with event opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sponsorship and ticket sales targets.
  • Drive revenue generation through successful sponsorship sales and partnerships.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.


Qualifications & Skills

  1. Proven track record in sponsorship sales, event sales, or business development
  2. Strong ability to generate leads, develop business opportunities, and close high-value sponsorship deals.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a persuasive approach* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage leads and track performance.
  4. Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about achieving sales excellence.
