Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Manage and drive sales through channel partners and Individual service providers Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs, wishes and concerns Create demand from Klüber Lubrication products by showcasing the value these products and service are able to offer to the customers Understand and interpret technical requirements of the customers and thereby recommend the right lubricant solution to the customer. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, customized to the needs of the particular customer Do benchmarking of products and solutions against competition and also study market trends. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Capture visits, opportunities, reviews and other relevant reports in the CRM tool Forecast and work closely with sales support and planning team to ensure availability of stock for sales and demonstrations Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Manage customer accounts, grow an existing territory Identify product improvements or new products by remaining aware on industry trends, product results, market activities etc. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams as required Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Graduation in Mechanical/Automotive and full time MBA in Marketing with 1+ year of experience in sales Experience in Market research Experience in handling sales through Channel partners Ability to travel locally and nationally extensively Good hold over English, Kannada, Tamil and Hindi
