Within the S&D vertical at Ninjacart, the team focuses on the farm-to-retailer business, ensuring fair compensation for farmers and delivering high-quality produce to retailers efficiently. Managing Sales & Distribution for a specific territory involves overseeing business development, customer retention, and key growth strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Driving, managing & monitoring Sales & Distribution for the assigned territory
  • Owning the distribution partner's results - including Volumes, Revenue, Market Share & Profit & Loss
  • Acquiring new accounts/customers and benchmarking against competitors
  • Enhancing Salesforce efficiency continuously
  • Improving customer experience within defined timelines
  • Aligning budget with business objectives
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders (Category/Operations/Product/Analytics/HR/etc.) to enhance P&L for the designated area
About the Team:

The Sales & Distribution team at Ninjacart is dedicated to ensuring a smooth flow of produce from farmers to retailers. By managing the Last Mile Distribution effectively, we aim to support farmers and provide retailers with top-quality products.

If you possess an MBA with 4-6 years of relevant experience in Sales & Distribution, have a proven track record in business development and distributor management, and are proficient in Telugu and English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus), we want to hear from you
