Job Overview:

The National Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for our influencer marketing, brand solutions, content solutions, and sponsorship opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Indian market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management. The ideal candidate will be adept at building strong client relationships, leading high-performing sales teams, and delivering innovative solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Development:

  • One of the key responsibilities would be to build the market for a completely new, patent-pending innovative content format, AIGE (Ayevee interactive & Gamified Experiences)
  • Build the AIGE business by leveraging your strong relationships with advertisers and agencies and develop a recurring pipeline of brand revenue
  • Establish AIGE as the go-to format for innovation amongst brands and agencies

2. Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals for influencer marketing, brand solutions, content solutions, and sponsorship sales.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing training and development.

2. Business Development:

  • Identify and prioritize high-potential market segments and clients, developing tailored sales approaches to capture new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries, including FMCG, technology, fashion, entertainment, and more.
  • Leverage industry insights and market trends to inform sales strategies and product offerings.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives and providing innovative solutions that drive results.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by overseeing the delivery of high-quality services and maintaining regular communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.

4. Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance.
  • Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track and analyze sales metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in digital marketing, media, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with experience in influencer marketing, brand solutions, content solutions, and sponsorship sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian market, including key industries, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Extensive network of contacts with clients and within media, advertising, and influencer agencies.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
