Position: Corporate Sales Head
Location: Bangalore, India
Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate sales objectives and expand market presence.
- Establish and nurture relationships with major corporate clients including hospitality industry
- Drive business development initiatives to identify new market opportunities and expand the client base.
- Coordinate with product management and marketing teams to create tailored solutions and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value sales contracts.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and post-sales support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in corporate sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position, preferably in the kitchen appliances industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
