TheRole: We are seeking a dynamicand experienced Sales Head to lead our sales department. The idealcandidate will be responsible for developing and executingstrategic plans to enhance revenue growth expand the customer baseand maintain strong relationships with keyclients.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Developand implement effective sales strategies to achieve salestargets.
  • Leadsales team members to achieve salesgoals.
  • Comeup with strategies to generate leads and conversations within ourfocusedmarkets
  • Sourcecontact details of our target audience from onlinesources
  • Maintaina database of our addressablemarket
  • Createsales presentations and present the same to potentialcustomers
  • Createstrategy decks showcasing how our offerings will elevate thecustomers marketingpresence
  • Createproposals covering scope and commercial offer for eachcustomer
  • Establishproductive and professional relationships with key personnel inassigned customeraccounts.
  • Negotiateand close agreements with largecustomers.
  • Monitorand analyze performance metrics and suggestimprovements.
  • Preparemonthly quarterly and annual salesforecasts.
  • Performresearch and identify new potential customers and new marketopportunities.
  • Providetimely and effective solutions aligned with clientsneeds.
  • Liaisewith Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brandconsistency.
  • Stayuptodate with latest digital trends and ensure sales team membersare onboard.
  • Meetand exceed self and team sales targetsconsistently


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Provenwork experience as a Sales Head Sales Manager or similar seniorsalesrole.
  • Deepunderstanding of B2B tech and digital marketingindustry
  • Abilityto lead and motivate a highperformance salesteam.
  • Strongbusiness sense and industryexpertise.
  • Excellentmentoring coaching and people managementskills.
  • Experiencein lead identification and email marketingtools
  • Experiencewith CRM software and MS Officesuite.
  • Indepthunderstanding of the digital marketing industry and its currentevents.
  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and presentationskills.
  • Strategicthinker with an analytical mind and strong problemsolvingskills.
