Job Summary :

  • Lead and manage a highperforming sales team focused on selling lending products and services in the MSME, Mid-Market, and Large Enterprise ecosystem.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve lending targets and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve lending targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a highperforming sales team focused on selling lending products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and success in lending sales efforts.
  • Provide regular performance reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies in all lending sales activities.

The successful applicant :

  • 12+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on lending products or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of lending products, processes, and industry trends.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales approaches.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
