The Marketing Head / GM Marketing is responsible for leading and managing the marketing department, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for the senior living projects and the other residential projects of Primus, and driving initiatives to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement the Primus Senior Living Homes overall marketing strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscapes.
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a highperforming marketing and Presales Team
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

Brand Management:

  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and positioning.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Manage brand reputation and crisis communication.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels (ATL & BTL etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate with agencies for creating campaigns and executing the same.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and website management.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure digital marketing performance and make datadriven decisions.

Project Launches:

  • Coordinate senior living project launches and gotomarket strategies.
  • Work closely with project development team, sales team and architects to define the launch strategy
