Primary Role:
The role holder is responsible for managing the Sales of Clinical Diagnostics Molecular products, including RT PCR, MLPA, Cytogenetic Media, and NGS kits, and the territory designated to him to increase sales and improve operational efficiency, and enhance client relationships:

Responsible for sales and collection targets in his/her territory.
Regular customer visits.
Creating New customers / establishing new business.
Monitoring sales prospects.
Coordination with the Application Support team regarding complaint resolution and sample handling.
Strong verbal & written English communication.
Self-motivated and have good Negotiation skills.
Market development through CMEs, workshops, conferences.
On-time reports on competitor activity and other reports required by the Group Head

KPIs:
Visit at least 30 unique customers a month.
At least 5 new customers a quarter
At least 8 days of outstation visits in the territory.
Conduct at least 1 event a quarter - CME / Workshop with application specialist.
Daily report on visits for the day.
Weekly report on Invoicing and collection status.

Written report to be submitted to the Group head on every event conducted on the next working day of event conclusion.


Job Specification:
Candidate should have technical knowledge of Diagnostics Products, preferably Molecular Diagnostics.
Should be a quick learner to perform sales process in Diagnostic Labs, Corporate Hospitals, Government Tenders.
Should have a good customer service attitude and be willing to travel.
Self-starter with minimum guidelines needed in performing the task.
Good Communication and able to express and set the right expectation with customers.
Candidates with high integrity will be preferred.

Qualification:
Science graduate (BSc/MSc) preferred Pathology, Microbiology

Experience:

  • 5 years

Additional Skills (If Any):
Preferable from a Life science/Biotech background. Freshers/Experienced both are welcome to apply.
